Downloading MXG via ftp, rather than sending it
on a CD-ROM, is our strong preference; please use
the FTP Ship Request Form , if at all possible.

  Do you actually require a CD ROM shipment?

Almost all MXG sites have been able to download MXG via ftp,
using the ftp instructions, and if you can, it will save
us the time and effort and cost of building, packaging,
and shipping MXG on Media to you.

Additionally, most states waive sales/usage taxes on software
delivered electronically, but require your company to pay
when software is delivered on media.

It's a single text file, so your network administrator should
be able to download it for you, if you have firewall issues
today, while he/she then does the paperwork to allow you to
download yourself in the future.

But, if your network administrator leaves you "ftp-challenged",
go ahead check the CD box, and we will build and mail MXG to you.

I require a CD-ROM and can not download the software using FTP.

if there someone we can contact to escalate your access to our ftp site?

You should immediately receive a copy of this form
by email, as confirmation that it was completed and sent.

For actual shipments requests, you should receive an email
within 48 hours confirming the shipment has been scheduled.

For ftp download instruction requests, you should receive
the instructions via email within 8 hours.

If your request is received during normal Dallas business
hours (7am to 7pm), your request should be answered the
same day it was sent.

Please email to support@mxg.com if you have not received
either the form-confirmation email or the shipment-email
in a reasonable amount of time.
